Before bidding at the auction.

To satisfy the anti-money laundering regulations we require two forms of ID before accepting bids from you. These are a photographic form such as a copy of your driving licence or passport etc and a copy of a recent utility bill showing the same address as the address on you photographic form of ID.

Guide price: Is an indication of the seller’s expectation and given as a guide price only. This is not necessarily the figure the property will sell for.

Reserve Price: The property will be subject to a reserve price below which it cannot be sold. We are not at liberty to reveal or discuss the reserve price.

A 10% deposit of the final sale price is payable at the end of the auction with the remainder to be paid within 28 days of the end of the auction.

There is a buyer’s premium of half of one percent of the sale price or £500 whichever is the greater to be paid by the winning bidder at the end of the auction. There will be no VAT payable on this fee.
